No geophysical method is 100% accurate, and each provides different types of information about the subsurface.  At present, the SFD^® system cannot indicate the depth of the anomalies identified, nor can it indicate what type of fluid (oil, natural gas, and / or water) may be present in the potential reservoir feature. 

However, when used in conjunction with other methods such as seismic imaging, SFD^® can be a very powerful tool in mitigating one’s overall exploration risk.
